彩鋼板的使用壽命包括兩方面：1.外觀的使用壽命? 2.功能使用壽命外觀使用壽命顧名思義，就是指的是涂層保持良好的外觀年限，也就是指漆膜的完整性和涂層粉化、褪色的年限。這主要與涂層的種類有關(guān)，一般使用環(huán)境下，PE聚酯涂層，漆膜20個(gè)，8-10年；HDP高耐候聚酯涂層，漆膜25個(gè)，10-15年；PVDF氟碳涂層，漆膜25個(gè)，20-25年。在紫外線照射強(qiáng)烈，大氣環(huán)境惡劣使用環(huán)境下，使用年限會(huì)相對(duì)縮短。功能使用壽命，指的是彩鋼板抗腐蝕能力和可使用壽命。這除了跟涂層種類、涂層厚度，鍍層種類、鍍層重量等，產(chǎn)品本身參數(shù)有關(guān)外，還與溫度、濕度、光照強(qiáng)度、大氣環(huán)境、腐蝕強(qiáng)度等外部使用環(huán)境有關(guān)系。所以，在承諾使用壽命時(shí)，先確認(rèn)以上幾個(gè)方面的相關(guān)問(wèn)題。
