　　作為鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程中的重要角色之一，樓承板以其自重輕、施工快、承載力強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn)倍受青睞，那么怎么選擇樓承板型號及厚度呢？了解以下三步，可以幫你做出更好的選擇。

　　第一步：了解分類，合理選擇樓承板主要分為開口樓承板、閉口樓承板及鋼筋桁架樓承板，三者有何區(qū)別，我們一起來了解下：truss deck中構(gòu)樓承板

　　Step 1: Understand the classification and make a reasonable selection of floor slabs. There are mainly three types of floor slabs: open floor slabs, closed floor slabs, and steel truss floor slabs. 　　1、鋼筋桁架樓承板本身自帶鋼筋桁架，其跨度比普通樓承板更大，可以大量的減少現(xiàn)場的臨時支撐，施工環(huán)境更安全，所以鋼筋桁架樓承板的施工周期大大縮短，從而減少人工成本，工期縮短，提前贏取經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。

　　1. The steel truss floor slab itself comes with a steel truss, which has a larger span than ordinary floor slabs and can greatly reduce temporary support on site, making the construction environment safer. Therefore, the construction period of the steel truss floor slab is greatly shortened, thereby reducing labor costs, shortening the construction period, and winning economic benefits in advance.

　　2、普通樓承板不帶鋼筋桁架，但在運(yùn)輸過程中可以疊加，不易變形，運(yùn)輸成本更低。

　　3、單從價格來看，普通樓承板不帶鋼筋桁架，價格低于鋼筋桁架樓承板，但普通樓承板到現(xiàn)場依然還需要進(jìn)行鋼筋捆綁，而且鋼筋捆綁量大于鋼筋桁架樓承板，增加了施工周期，以及大量的鋼筋捆綁量，也增加了人力成本。

　　3. In terms of price alone, ordinary floor slabs without steel trusses are priced lower than steel truss floor slabs. However, ordinary floor slabs still require steel reinforcement bundling upon arrival at the site, and the amount of steel reinforcement bundling is greater than that of steel truss floor slabs, which increases the construction period and a large amount of steel reinforcement bundling, as well as increases labor costs.

　　在不同的使用需求中，三種樓承板的角色不同，小編建議根據(jù)自己的需求進(jìn)行選擇。

　　第二步：取決于混凝土澆注高度一般而言， 波高越低，承載力就越低；波峰間距越大，承載力就越小。如果整個樓板厚度在10公分以內(nèi)，建議選用波高為35mm和51mm的板型；如果整個樓板的厚度在13公分，最好選用波高在75mm-76mm的板。

　　Step 2: Depending on the pouring height of the concrete, generally speaking, the lower the wave height, the lower the bearing capacity; The larger the distance between wave peaks, the smaller the bearing capacity. If the thickness of the entire floor slab is within 10 centimeters, it is recommended to use slab types with wave heights of 35mm and 51mm; If the thickness of the entire floor slab is 13 centimeters, it is best to choose slabs with wave heights between 75mm-76mm.

　　第三步：看鋼梁的跨度樓承板的厚度一般都是本著安全的原則，所以正常情況下，鋼梁之間的跨度在2m以內(nèi)，其厚度可以在0.75-0.8mm；2-2.5m的厚度用0.8-1.0mm的也就可以了；跨度在3-4米，就應(yīng)選用1.2mm的。當(dāng)鋼梁跨度超過一定范圍，建議在施工時使用臨時支撐。

　　Step 3: Check the span of the steel beam. The thickness of the floor slab is generally based on safety principles. Therefore, under normal circumstances, if the span between the steel beams is within 2m, the thickness can be 0.75-0.8mm; for a thickness of 2-2.5m, 0.8-1.0mm is sufficient; If the span is 3-4 meters, a 1.2mm one should be selected. When the span of the steel beam exceeds a certain range, it is recommended to use temporary supports during construction.
