1、在施工之前，要對(duì)基層進(jìn)行清理和檢查，這個(gè)時(shí)候我們首先將巖棉板表面的泥土、雜物等好好的清理干凈，然后對(duì)混凝土的基層進(jìn)行預(yù)制或者是現(xiàn)澆。

1. Before construction, the base layer needs to be cleaned and inspected. At this time, we first clean the soil, debris, etc. on the surface of the rock wool board, and then prefabricate or cast-in-place the concrete base layer.

2、清理之后，要對(duì)保溫層進(jìn)行鋪設(shè)了，主要有這樣的幾個(gè)步驟：

（1）鋪設(shè)之前清洗巖棉板要接觸的那面，應(yīng)找平拉線進(jìn)行干鋪巖棉板，板塊之間鋪平、緊密，若是分層鋪設(shè)的板塊，應(yīng)將其上下兩層錯(cuò)開，找同類材料的碎屑將板塊之間的縫隙填密緊實(shí)，同時(shí)表面應(yīng)與相鄰兩板的高度一致。

(1) Before laying, the surface that the rock wool board needs to come into contact with should be leveled and pulled for dry laying. The plates should be laid flat and tightly. If the plates are laid in layers, the upper and lower layers should be staggered, and the gaps between the plates should be filled tightly with debris from similar materials. At the same time, the surface should be consistent with the height of the adjacent plates.

（2）在做砂漿找平層分格縫排氣道處留設(shè)，當(dāng)板狀保溫層如需留設(shè)排汽槽時(shí)，不得有遺漏現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)。

(2) Leave a vent at the dividing joint of the mortar leveling layer, and there should be no omission when leaving a vent for the plate-shaped insulation layer.

（3）復(fù)合巖棉板保溫層已鋪完當(dāng)在上面進(jìn)行行走或用膠輪車運(yùn)輸材料時(shí)，應(yīng)墊上腳手板進(jìn)行保護(hù)。

(3) The insulation layer of the composite rock wool board has been laid. When walking on it or transporting materials with a rubber wheel truck, a scaffold board should be placed for protection.

（4）當(dāng)復(fù)合板出現(xiàn)缺棱掉角的現(xiàn)象時(shí)，可用同類材料的碎塊進(jìn)行嵌補(bǔ)。

(4) When there is a phenomenon of missing edges and corners in the composite board, fragments of similar materials can be used for embedding.

3、使用B型復(fù)合輕集料來墊層找坡：根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求的弧度，在墻體上找坡層平標(biāo)高線和控制線。

3. Using B-type composite lightweight aggregate for bedding slope making: According to the design requirements of the curvature, find the horizontal elevation line and control line of the slope layer on the wall.

4、保護(hù)層的施工：首先是混凝土塊做面層時(shí)，板縫之間有間隙時(shí)應(yīng)用砂漿勾縫處理，并且采用水泥砂漿座漿鋪平；若是采用的是非功能性屋面作為屋面時(shí)，可以對(duì)其進(jìn)行處理采用平鋪預(yù)制混凝土板的方式。預(yù)制板的厚度應(yīng)小于30mm,并具有一定的強(qiáng)度。

4. Construction of protective layer: Firstly, when the concrete block is used as the surface layer, if there are gaps between the board joints, mortar pointing treatment should be applied, and cement mortar base mortar should be used to pave the surface; If a non functional roof is used as the roof, it can be treated using a flat precast concrete slab. The thickness of the prefabricated slab should be less than 30mm and have a certain strength.
