為能提供正向彎矩時(shí)所需的鋼鋼承板與混凝土間足夠的握裹力（Keybond），鋼承板其斷面擁有連續(xù)性的楔形肋(dovetail-shaped ribs), 此楔形肋為51mm深，底部開口16mm，頂部寬35mm，肋間距190mm。鋼承板應(yīng)盡可能按三跨或三跨以上的連續(xù)跨方式施工。鋼承板應(yīng)依制造廠商的建議及設(shè)計(jì)圖紙施工。

能鋼承板側(cè)向搭接應(yīng)采用點(diǎn)焊或螺栓固定，固定點(diǎn)間距不得大于90cm。 能鋼承板可充當(dāng)板模，所應(yīng)承受的載重為板自重及100kg/m2的施工均布活載。若遇特殊或較重的施工載重，由鋼承板允許的無支撐跨距應(yīng)相應(yīng)減小。施工中應(yīng)避免較重的集中荷載混凝土澆筑前，在人員走動(dòng)較頻繁的區(qū)域，應(yīng)鋪設(shè)步道板，以免鋼承板受損或變形。

應(yīng)當(dāng)依照多能鋼承板大無支撐跨距表的建議，設(shè)計(jì)所需的臨時(shí)中間支撐，而臨時(shí)支撐必須等到混凝土達(dá)75%設(shè)計(jì)抗壓強(qiáng)度后方可拆除。

使用鋼承板時(shí)，混凝土內(nèi)不得有含氯的添加劑。灌漿前，鋼承板面的雜物(不含剪力釘?shù)拇商?、油脂以及其他不利于混凝土附著的物質(zhì)應(yīng)清除干凈?；炷恋脑O(shè)計(jì)抗壓強(qiáng)度應(yīng)不小C20，其坍落度應(yīng)介于10cm至12.5cm，以確保足夠的水分，使鍍鋅鋼板與混凝土之間的握裹達(dá)到大的效果，并使混凝土的收縮達(dá)到小。
