鋼結(jié)構(gòu)加工過程中常會遇到由于焊接產(chǎn)生變形問題，造成鋼構(gòu)件變形的原因有熱變形、冷變形或者由于相互的構(gòu)件無法組裝在一體，變形問題是鋼結(jié)構(gòu)加工過程中很難解決的問題，如鋼結(jié)構(gòu)件組裝過程中無法順利進(jìn)行組裝，鋼結(jié)構(gòu)焊接過程中會出現(xiàn)焊接變形，技術(shù)要求公差太大。

鋼構(gòu)有著近二十年的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對于糾正鋼結(jié)構(gòu)變形有著豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，鋼結(jié)構(gòu)加工過程中常遇到變形，是由焊接熱變形引起的，那么如何糾正鋼結(jié)構(gòu)加工變形問題呢。

一、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)加工夾具固定法，通常使用剛性很大的夾具夾緊組合焊件，用強(qiáng)制力控制變形問題，然后再進(jìn)行焊接，鋼結(jié)構(gòu)件遇到熱變形時，需要使用夾具作用力進(jìn)行糾正，達(dá)到控制鋼結(jié)構(gòu)加工變形問題。

1、 Steel structure processing fixture fixation method, usually uses a very rigid fixture to clamp the combined weldment, uses the force to control the deformation problem, and then carries on the welding, when the steel structure meets the hot deformation, it needs to use the fixture force to correct, so as to control the steel structure processing deformation problem.

二、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)加工過程中反變形法，構(gòu)件在焊接前，根據(jù)被焊金屬構(gòu)件情況判斷，如焊后冷卻(cooling)時，會發(fā)生方向變形和收縮量減小?？梢灶A(yù)先向相反方向彎曲（Bend)或斜置，焊接遇熱后會產(chǎn)生變形，能恢復(fù)到預(yù)定的位置。

2、 In the process of steel structure processing, the reverse deformation method, according to the condition of the welded metal component before welding, such as cooling after welding, will occur directional deformation and shrinkage reduction. It can be bent or inclined in the opposite direction in advance. The welding will deform when it is heated, and it can return to the predetermined position.

三、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)加工定位控制法，鋼結(jié)構(gòu)件在焊接前，用許多焊點(diǎn)將焊接部位或四周定位，還可在焊接縫兩側(cè)壓以重物，這種方法稱為定位控制法。

3、 Steel structure processing positioning control method, steel structure before welding, with many welding spots will be welded or around positioning, but also in the welding seam on both sides of the pressure with heavy, this method is called positioning control method.

四、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)加工焊接順序法，正確安排鋼結(jié)構(gòu)加工的焊接順序，能有效的防止鋼結(jié)構(gòu)焊接變形，通常道焊接縫引起的變形很大，每道焊縫引起的變形量無法相互抵消，很后的變形方向，總和很先焊的焊縫引起的變形方向一致。

4、 The welding sequence method of steel structure processing, correctly arranging the welding sequence of steel structure processing, can effectively prevent the welding deformation of steel structure. Generally, the deformation caused by each welding seam is very large, and the deformation caused by each welding seam cannot offset each other.
