彩鋼瓦又稱(chēng)彩色壓型瓦，是采用彩色涂層鋼板，經(jīng)輥壓冷彎成各種波型的壓型板，彩鋼瓦適用于工業(yè)與民用建筑、倉(cāng)庫(kù)、特種建筑、大跨度鋼結(jié)構(gòu)房屋的屋面、墻面以及內(nèi)外墻裝飾等。

彩鋼瓦的價(jià)格，購(gòu)買(mǎi)彩鋼瓦并不是按平方面積來(lái)計(jì)算的，而是按長(zhǎng)度來(lái)計(jì)算，彩鋼瓦的均價(jià)為16元/米。比如4毫米厚的彩鋼瓦，每米的重量是3.14公斤，而這種彩鋼每噸價(jià)格為5600元，換算成米，則每米彩鋼瓦17.58元左右。

彩鋼瓦的寬度一般是1000毫米左右，長(zhǎng)度有很多種型號(hào)，大約在750-1200毫米之間，厚度從2-10毫米，薄的彩鋼瓦價(jià)格便宜，2毫米的彩鋼瓦一米8元錢(qián)左右，10毫米的彩鋼瓦要每米30元左右。

彩鋼瓦的使用鋪放方式，彩鋼瓦的鋪放：重疊式（適用于長(zhǎng)度≦15M的屋面）；交錯(cuò)式（適用于長(zhǎng)度≧15M的屋面）。

彩鋼瓦的固定：要使用專(zhuān)用彩鋼瓦釘固定。專(zhuān)用釘須打在瓦骨中間才能有作用；專(zhuān)用釘固定間隔橫豎為50-100厘米；專(zhuān)用釘須由瓦的下端往屋頂方向打才能有美觀、密封、整齊的效果。

彩鋼瓦的密封條脊瓦封檐蓋安裝：將密封條分開(kāi)兩半，對(duì)照瓦型壓在屋頂處，蓋上脊瓦，使用專(zhuān)用釘固定。側(cè)面瓦的交接處，用水泥作密封處理后直接蓋上脊瓦，脊瓦底部用小瓦檔收尾。瓦的下端，即屋檐處，直接安裝封檐蓋，使用螺釘固定。脊瓦交接處，對(duì)照接口用剪刀修剪成型后重疊，使用玻璃膠密封。

彩鋼瓦的傾斜面連接安裝：彩鋼瓦的傾斜面是指兩屋面瓦按角度和長(zhǎng)度切斷后，底部安裝接水處理的施工。   先在瓦的下面安裝接水材料（即天溝），然后用粘合劑或水泥做收尾處理。
