4、在閉孔泡沫板板面四周涂抹一圈粘接劑，寬50mm，厚10mm，側(cè)面留30mmX50mm寬排氣口；板心按梅花形布設(shè)粘接點(diǎn)，間距150mm-200mm，直徑100mm。粘接砂漿的涂抹面積與閉孔泡沫板面積之比首層不小于40%，其他樓層不小于30%。抹完粘接劑后，立即將板立起就位粘貼，粘貼時(shí)應(yīng)輕揉、均勻擠壓，并隨時(shí)用托線板檢查垂直平整。板與板擠緊，碰頭縫處不抹粘接劑。粘貼閉孔泡沫板應(yīng)做到上下錯(cuò)縫，每貼完一塊板，應(yīng)及時(shí)清除擠出的粘接劑，板面不留間隙，如出現(xiàn)間隙，應(yīng)用相應(yīng)寬度的閉孔泡沫板填塞。

6、在外墻轉(zhuǎn)角部位，上下排閉孔泡沫板間的豎向縫應(yīng)為垂直交錯(cuò)連接，保證板材安裝的垂直度。

7、閉孔泡沫板接縫不平處應(yīng)用粗砂紙或其他打磨工具磨平，然后再將整個(gè)閉孔泡沫板打磨一遍，粗砂紙應(yīng)襯有平整板材，打磨動(dòng)作宜為輕柔的圓周運(yùn)動(dòng)，磨平后應(yīng)用刷子或壓縮空氣將碎屑清理干凈。

安裝固定件：（高層或中層用）在貼好的閉孔泡沫板上用沖擊鉆鉆孔，孔洞深入墻基面不小于30mm，數(shù)量為每平米4-5個(gè)，但每一單塊閉孔泡沫板不少于1個(gè)，用ф8-ф10聚乙烯脹塞把閉孔泡沫板固定在墻體上，木螺絲擰到與閉孔泡沫板面平。
