鋼筋桁架板，誕生于2007年左右，據(jù)說是新進(jìn)德國的工藝，當(dāng)時(shí)耗資巨大，也想替代樓承板或者爭奪樓承板市場吧。

首先，鋼筋桁架由于鋼筋用量大，所以它承受的無支撐跨距大，所以對(duì)于跨距在4.5米以上的建筑，選用鋼筋桁架板比樓承板有利的，因?yàn)樗梢宰龊艽蟮臒o支撐跨距。樓承板的適合跨距是在3.6米以內(nèi)，性價(jià)比較高，超過4.5米造價(jià)比鋼筋桁架板貴，而且施工也麻煩（相對(duì)而言）。
