一、場地核實

1、 Site verification

1.在潔凈地面上初次處理之后，設(shè)備定位。按設(shè)備定位、設(shè)計圖紙對隔墻放線定位，確定現(xiàn)場尺寸是否與圖紙尺寸、設(shè)備位置有相沖突的地方；

二、安裝要求

1.內(nèi)外圓弧固定：與彩鋼板連接一定要嚴(yán)實，外圓弧立柱不駁接，內(nèi)圓弧連接點之間不錯位，縫隙嚴(yán)實。

1. Internal and external arc fixation: the connection with color steel plate must be tight, the external arc column shall not be connected, the internal arc connection points shall not be dislocated, and the gap shall be tight.

2.每一塊頂板與圍護(hù)板之間的固定一定有3顆鉆尾螺絲，圍護(hù)板、立板之間連接處上下各有一顆拉釘固定，邊施工邊固定，板縫一定垂直；

6.外觀要求：整體安裝需平直美觀，不得有碰撞刮劃痕跡，要到才能撕保護(hù)膜，板縫連接平實，板縫間距3-4mm，打膠要滿縫平直，不得有縫隙；

6. 7.門窗安裝：門窗的安裝位置和開啟方向按圖紙要求而定，單開門盡量在同一塊彩鋼板上，雙 開門的中 心線盡量在板縫連接處，以便切下的彩鋼板做門板，門窗的型材連接需嚴(yán)密，不能有縫隙，整體門拐留置尺寸一定統(tǒng)一；

7. Installation of doors and windows: the installation position and opening direction of doors and windows shall be determined according to the requirements of the drawing. The single door shall be on the same color steel plate as far as possible, and the center line of double door shall be at the joint of plate seam as far as possible, so that the cut color steel plate can be used as the door plate.
