注意事項(xiàng)

1.要注意防雨，不能在雨天施工。

2.用于保冷必然要在加防潮層，在溫度特殊低的狀況下，用不含樹脂的巖棉進(jìn)行絕熱，其防潮層也必需是防火的

2. When it is used for cold insulation, moisture-proof layer must be added. Under special low temperature condition, rock wool without resin is used for heat insulation, and its moisture-proof layer must also be fireproof

3.當(dāng)溫度超過(guò)一定的溫度，比如：200℃ 時(shí)，保溫必需加適宜的外護(hù)，這樣就不會(huì)使巖棉板厚度和容重發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變。

3. When the temperature exceeds a certain temperature, such as 200 ℃, appropriate external protection must be added to the insulation, so that the thickness and bulk density of rock wool board will not change.

4.有關(guān)大直徑和平壁設(shè)備用巖棉成品保溫，超越200℃ 時(shí),一定要謹(jǐn)記巖棉板生產(chǎn)廠家的叮囑：加保溫釘，(間距400mm左右 )外護(hù)要貼緊。

6.巖棉板成品在室外保溫的情況下易受機(jī)械磨損的應(yīng)宜用金屬或塑料包皮，然后留意接頭的地方，接縫的密 封，需要時(shí)加膠質(zhì)封條，包裹層堆疊局部不小于100mm

7.當(dāng)保溫對(duì)象呈90度放置，且有一定的高度時(shí)，巖棉板的保溫層必然要有定位銷或支承環(huán)，間距一定不要大于3米，以防保溫資料在有震動(dòng)時(shí)向下滑動(dòng)。

8.為了可以達(dá)到熱損掉小目標(biāo)，巖棉板和氈的接頭一定要對(duì)接嚴(yán)密，如果有多層保溫時(shí)各個(gè)十字接縫需要交織開來(lái)，以免構(gòu)成熱橋，在保冷時(shí)必須根絕冷橋。
